I, Renee' Etoty, am the commander of NSPA Unit J-8-5 for the year 2005-06. My overall mission is to "Foster a functional sprit of co-operation among the women in the military department and to maintain a highly efficient drill company" . We are still keeping with the business as usual, upholding our three motives, Drill Service and Social.
